We are always asked about these shop samples, so here we go with the class! Each project will be unique!
1) Choose to knit wrist warmers, fingerless gloves or mittens.
2) Pick a cuff option.
3) Decide which colorwork pattern to use.
4) Then pick your colors!
Try stranded knitting for the first time, or perfect your colorwork knowledge with a new project.
Fingering weight yarn (samples are done with Shibui Staccato), Cuff – approx. 55 yards of MC and 40 yards of CC, Fingerless Gloves – approx. 110 yards MC and 40 yards of CC, Mittens – approx. 160 yards MC and 40 yards of CC. You may want a bit more MC in case you adjust the hand length.
US size 3 double point needles. If you knit tightly, you may want to use size 4 needles. For a snug fit on your hand, bring size 2 needles as well.
